Nikki White is a small business efficiency expert and strategist. Her business, The Heart Of has grown from a passion to help other small business owners maximise the effectiveness of their business. Whilst she works with people from all industries, her key focus is to help natural therapists be the best small business operators they can be.
Having worked as a PA / VA for over 20 years she is a self-confessed “geek” who is incredibly organised and efficient. Using her vast knowledge of computers and systems, Nikki empowers small business owners to leverage their time more strategically and effectively, thus allowing them to have more time and confidence in their business. She works with her clients in the way they like to work; is patient, honest, helpful and always professional.
Nikki understands that most small business owners went into business to supply a product or service that they love. This however doesn’t always become the dream they anticipated as the “business side” of their small business consumes their time and energy. Working with The Heart Of provides advice and tuition to assist their business to run smoothly and procedurally, resulting in the owner with more time to spend working in the areas they love best.
