Can you please explain to me how the payment system works?
Sure. When you sign up for The Community you will put in your credit cards details or your PayPal account details. Each month we will deduct $49 from your nominated account via PayPal.
I have been provided with a discount code, where does that go?
On the sign up page that you just came from (or in the sign up box at the bottom of this page) there is an area to enter your name and email address. Under that, there is a box titled “Gift Certificate”. If you type your code into that box and hit ‘validate’ the price will change to what you are expecting to pay. This price remains at your discounted rate each month as a bonus to you and our referring colleagues.
Can I stop my membership whenever I like?
Sure. If at any stage you feel you aren’t getting value for money within The Community, all you need to do is cancel the monthly payment setup via your PayPal account.
Do you give refunds?
We are providing a satisfaction guarantee within the first week of you joining us. If within 7 days of your sign up date, you decide the community isn’t for you, we will give you a full refund of your $49.00.
After that one week period, there will be no refunds provided if you cancel mid-month. However, there is no ‘notice period’ required, you can stop your payments at any time you like.
How much time will I need to dedicate to The Community?
As much time as suits you and your business. The more often you log into The Community the more you will stay up to date with what’s going on inside and the discussions we are having. The time you invest will be a great return for your business as you will be learning and gaining support – this isn’t a social community but a place to learn and enhance your business. That’s not to say we won’t be having fun, but you shouldn’t view this Community as a socialising time waster.
I’m hardly at my computer, so not sure how that will work?
No problem at all. We understand that most natural therapists aren’t sitting at a computer all day. You can log into The Community and gain access via your iPhone or other smart phone and also via the iPad. We have set up the community so that all videos run smoothly on mobile devices.
Can I attend the live Webinars if I’m not a member of The Community?
No, all material and webinars conducted within The Community are only for those members who sign up and join.
